Features:

  • Lubricate System: Its excellent lubricate system brings a tremendouslubricate effects on the recycle cooling system which reduce the temperature of driving box’s and lubrication waste.
  • Driving box & Wear Parts: The eccentric shaft is made of special alloy steel which is wear-resisting and has long usage. The half construction is easy to maintain and be knocked down. Driving and eccentric shafts are drived by v-model gears which have following advantage: low noise and good stability.
    Homogenizing valves, one-way valves and piston are made of special alloy steel, with high impact-resisting and corrosion-resistence. This material is applicable to any CIP’s corrosion-resisting. In special condition homogenizing and one-way valves can be made of W alloy steel which has same functions. All kinds of sealing material have following advantage: wear-resisting, non-toxic, pressure-resisting and long life. It is easy and convenient to change wearing parts, especially it is no need to take off pump during changing pistons and sealing rings.
  • Pump’s Allocation and it’s features: The square high pressure covers on the pump have high intensity and excellent sealing function. The tighten nuts with lids have nice out looking. The material gate is according to food sanitation and pharmacy standards. Out-in parts take adjustable tie-in which is easy and convenient to be taken off and fixed.
  • Type: Homogenizers are all horizontal types which advantage is good stability and easy to operate, maintain and repair.
